Payment Options
Prices and payment options depend on the number of courses the student takes and the payment method.
Payment methods are as follows:
Cash Pay (Cash, Check, Debit)
Payments are made at the beginning of each month. This amount changes based on the total number of small groups scheduled for the following month. The first payment would be due October 7.
Credit Card - Cash Pay (see above) + 3% fee per transaction
Step Up for Student
- At the end of each week, invoices are sent to Step Up directly from CARES.
- Parents must log in to Step Up weekly to accept payment because billing cannot occur until after the service is provided.
- Students can lose their spots if services are not accepted weekly on Step UP.
Consultation
All students registered for small groups (no matter the number of courses) will meet with the Executive Director for a consultation and assessment session ($150).
- During this session, you will first discuss your child's educational needs. We want to ensure your child is placed in an educational environment where they will be most successful.
- At the same session, we will conduct achievement assessments in the subjects selected. This will allow us to tailor instruction to your child's needs!
- We will create a Student Success Plan outlining their current academic achievement levels, goals, and our current approach to meeting those goals.
- At the end of the semester, we will schedule another consultation and assessment session to determine progress, set goals for the next semester, and update the Student Success Plan.
A $150 consultation per school year covers the cost of 2 educational consultations and 2 assessments! A $300 value!
